浅谈掘锚机的检修与维护
摘 要：近年来，掘锚机被广泛运用在各种复杂地质条件下的施工中。它以其安全快速的掘进方式逐渐成为神东煤炭集团矿井巷道布置的一种新潮。另外，掘锚机的工作效率会受到使用方式、检修与维护的力度影响，带给施工过程不小的考验。为此，本文首先总结掘锚机在日常的维护保养与检修方面的一些方法，并结合实际从掘锚机的润滑、保养与维护方面提出一些建议，达到降低掘锚机的故障率，提高掘进效率的目的，以供同行参考借鉴。

Abstract：In recent years, the windlass has been widely used in the construction of various complex geological conditions. It takes its driving safely and quickly become Shendong Coal Group mine roadway layout in a fashion. In addition, the working efficiency of the windlass will be affected by the way of use, maintenance and maintenance, which will bring a great challenge to the construction process. Therefore, this paper first summarizes the bolting machine in the maintenance methods of daily maintenance and repair, and combined with the practice from the dig anchor machine lubrication, maintenance and maintenance and puts forward some proposals to reduce the failure rate of bolting machine, improve the driving efficiency, for peer reference.
