基于认知能力的养老建筑设计研究
摘 要：我国正快速步入老龄化社会，由于年龄和心理因素的变化，老年人开始出现认知老化，随之而来的住宅需求和照料负担对我国社会及经济产生了重大影响。优化老年建筑设施，设计出更适合老年人需求的养老建筑，是人们现阶段需要解决的问题。文章首先分析了老年人的认知能力，然后提出基于认知能力的养老建筑设计原则及思路，最后分析基于认知能力的养老建筑设计实例。以期为养老建筑设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：China is rapidly stepping into an aging society. Due to the changes of age and psychological factors, the elderly begin to have cognitive aging, and the subsequent housing demand and care burden have a significant impact on China's society and economy. Optimization of the elderly building facilities, design a more suitable for the elderly psychological feelings of the elderly building, we are now to solve the problem. This paper first analyzes the cognitive ability of the elderly, then puts forward the design principles and ideas of elderly building based on cognitive ability, and finally carries on the analysis of elderly building design based on cognitive ability. In order to provide some reference for the design of old-age buildings.
