基于化容系统设计的设计验证方法探讨

摘 要:化学与容积控制系统(CVS)是AP1000核电厂关键辅助系统之一,本文针对该系统设计,采用轻水堆系统程序RELAP5,进行了AP1000核电厂CVS系统建模,并通过典型工况的计算,实现了对CVS系统设计的验证。验证结果表明,现有AP1000核电厂CVS设计结果与预期相符,有足够的信心水平相信其准确性。该验证方法具有通用性,可为其它辅助系统的设计验证提供参考。

Abstract:Chemical and Volume Control System (CVS) is one of the key auxiliary systems of AP1000. Based on the best estimate (BE) system code RELAP5/MOD3 for Light Water Reactor (LWR) transient analysis, system modeling of AP1000 CVS was carried out, and alternative method verification for the system design was also realized by verification calculation of typical conditions. The calculation results indicate that the current design of AP1000 CVS is identical to the expectation, and there's sufficient confidence level to believe its correctness. Meanwhile, this is a universal verification method, and thus can be a reference for the design verification of other auxiliary systems of AP series.
