“大检修”继电保护专业的安全管理
摘 要：继电保护设备是维护电网安全稳定的重要一环，管好继电保护设备的重要职责在于检修分公司变电二次检修班的优化管理。当前国家电网公司正在全面推进“三集五大”体系建设，在“大检修”体系建设中施行检修专业化和运维一体化，继电保护专业组织机构、运检模式、岗位职责同步进行调整。“大检修”继电保护专业的安全管理，必须靠变电二次检修班班组工作的质量和成效来保证。

Abstract：Relay protection equipment is an important link to maintain the security and stability of the power grid. The important responsibility of managing the relay protection equipment is to optimize the management of the two maintenance classes of the substation. The current state of the Power Grid Corp is to comprehensively promote the "three set five" system, the implementation of professional maintenance and maintenance integration in the construction of overhaul system, professional organizations, relay protection operation inspection mode, simultaneously adjust responsibilities. "Overhaul" relay protection professional safety management, must rely on substation two maintenance class team work quality and effectiveness to ensure.
