城市更新视角下工业遗产再生项目的协同发展研究 ——以京津冀地区为例
摘 要：在城市更新的视角下，文章根据京津冀地区工业遗产改建为公共文化艺术区，研究如何通过利益交集来推动协同共生。首先分析了工业遗产再生项目协同发展的研究现状，以及在城市更新背景下推进此项工作的意义，然后对德国工业遗产改造成公共文化艺术区的实例进行探究，总结其借鉴意义。最后以京津冀地区为例，阐释了城市更新视角下的工业遗产资源、再生项目协同发展现状和具体策略。以期为工业遗产的再生提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：Under the circumstance of the overall background of urban renewal and based on the fact that the industrial heritage of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been transformed into a public culture and art zone, the paper aims to explore how to achieve symbiosis with the intersection of interests. Firstly, the research status of collaborative development of industrial heritage regeneration projects and the significance of promoting this work in the context of urban renewal were analyzed. And then the examples of transforming German industrial heritage into a public cultural art district was explored and summarized its reference significance. Taking Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as an example, this paper explains the industrial heritage resources from the perspective of urban renewal, the current situation and specific strategies of coordinated development of regeneration projects. In order to provide some reference for the regeneration of industrial heritage.
