基于老年人需求的居家养老室内空间设计研究
摘 要：住宅是老年人日常生活的重要载体，它的空间结构与设施配置会对老年人的身心健康产生一定影响。按照我国所实施的“9073”养老原则，居家养老逐渐成为了老年人养老的主流模式，这对于老年人居家养老室内空间设计提出了全新的要求。因此，文章从老年人的行为需求出发，探究了老年人居家养老室内空间设计的原则与策略，以期为居家养老政策的实施提供理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract：Residential is an important carrier for the daily life of the elderly, and its spatial structure and facility configuration will have a significant impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly. According to the "9073" old-age care principle implemented in my country, home-based care has gradually become the mainstream mode of old-age care for the elderly, which puts forward new requirements for the aging-appropriate design of the home space for the elderly. Therefore, starting from the behavioral needs of the elderly, this paper explores the appropriate aging design Principles and strategies for the elderly's home space, and provides theoretical support for the implementation of the home-based pension policy.
