基于微信小程序的社区智慧助老信息服务系统设计
摘 要：在人口老龄化程度逐渐加重，互联网发展迅速的时代背景下，老年群体在触网、用网阶段普遍会遇到问题，且不清楚怎么解决。文章以微信小程序为服务载体，运用服务系统设计方法和工具，通过调研总结得到服务设计机会，构建出社区智慧助老的服务系统图。并将服务系统可视化呈现，在合理的供需动态维持下能实现服务的可持续发展，以期为社区智慧助老服务的发展提供设计策略。

Abstract：In the context of an increasingly aging population and rapid development of the Internet, the elderly population generally encounters problems during the stage of accessing and using the internet, and it is unclear how to solve them. The article uses WeChat mini programs as service carriers, uses service system design methods and tools, and obtains service design opportunities through research and summary, constructing a service system diagram for community smart elderly care. And visualize the service system to achieve sustainable development of services under reasonable supply and demand dynamics, in order to provide design strategies for the development of community smart elderly care services.
