面向急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的监测导管设计研究
摘 要：文章以急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者为研究对象，并以解决该类患者护理工作效率低的问题为目的。文章通过分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征的特征，梳理出医用监测导管设计的原则，并进行了面向急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的监测导管设计实践，设计出集鼻饲、膈肌电活动监测、食道压监测和胃内压监测多功能于一体的医用监测导管。以期提高医护人员护理急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的效率，减轻医护人员的工作强度。

Abstract： This paper takes patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome as the research object, and aims to solve the problem of low nursing efficiency of such patients. This paper analyzed the characteristics of acute respiratory distress syndrome, sorted out the principles of medical monitoring catheter design, and finally carried out the practice of designing a multi-functional monitoring catheter for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome, and designed a medical monitoring catheter integrating the functions of nasal feeding, diaphragmatic myoelectric activity monitoring, esophageal pressure monitoring and gastric pressure monitoring. In order to improve the efficiency of nursing patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome and reduce the work intensity of medical staff.
